Purchase or Order: Minimum order is CAD $120.00. For orders under $120.00 a $10.00 handling fee will be charged.

Please send your order by email at info@timecollection.ca or fax at 604-688-8962 and clearly list the following information:

1. Product code and quantity.
2. Shipping address and billing address.
3. Contact person name, telephone number, fax number, email address.

We will call you to confirm your order and for your payment information.

Payment Method: We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

Claims & Return Policy: All Claims must be approved by Time Collection Co Ltd within 5 businesses days of receipt of merchandise. Absolutely no returns on imprint merchandise. We do not pay for the cost of sending back the items. Products returned must be unused and in resale condition.

For Canada: No duties and no custom charges apply to Canadian order since we ship out your order from Vancouver, Canada. GST or HST will apply for all order shipped to a Canada address. No PST charge for customer outside of B.C. Customers from the province of BC will be only be charged GST if a PST number is provided; if no PST number, both GST and PST will apply.

Return Policy: Please unwrap and check all items carefully once they are received. It is our company policy to only accept returns on damages caused in shipping, submitted in email up to 5 days after order is received, we WILL NOT accept items that have been damaged in your store by customers. Broken watch faces, straps, bands are not refundable, unless damages were incurred in shipping. Please do not return watches with dead batteries. We will send you replacement batteries free of charge. Our staff takes extra care to ensure that your watches are counted and checked before being packed carefully prior to shipping.
